Using the service

Exhibo helps create exhibition stand concepts, presentations, and preliminary technical documentation using AI. You must be at least 18 years old to register. A company account requires authorization to act on the company's behalf. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for the lawful use of your account.

Your materials and outputs

You retain rights to the materials you upload and grant permission to process them only to operate the service. Upload only materials you are authorized to use. AI outputs may be inaccurate, similar to other works, or affect third-party rights. Before publication, production, or use, verify the content, rights, and technical suitability.

Technical documents

Drawings use metric units, and presentations and documentation are created in English. The documents are preliminary and must be reviewed by a qualified engineer. They do not replace safety calculations, venue permits, or approved production documentation.

Plans and payments

Available plans, prices, quotas, and action costs are shown in the interface before you confirm an operation. Any paid operation requires user confirmation. Mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable right of withdrawal and refund, remain in force. Accepting these Terms does not by itself mean waiving those rights.

Acceptable use

You may not break the law, violate others' rights, upload harmful materials, bypass access restrictions, or disrupt the service. If there is a reasonable security risk, access may be restricted; where possible, the user will receive an explanation and an opportunity to request a review.

Availability and liability

We take reasonable measures to protect data and keep the service available. Continuous operation and error-free AI outputs are not guaranteed. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Changes and ending use

Users must be notified in advance of material changes to the Terms. You may stop using the service and request account closure. Requests about the account, payments, and disputes must be directed to the service operator. Applicable law and dispute resolution procedures are determined with mandatory consumer rights taken into account.
